IONTech Journal of Engineering and Pharmacy (IJEP) is an peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal (ISTA), Indonesia. The journal publishes high-quality original research articles in the fields of Engineering and Pharmacy, welcoming contributions from academics, researchers, and practitioners worldwide.

IONTECH is issued twice a year, in February and August

IONTech Journal is registered with P-ISSN: 2088-3315 and E-ISSN: 2745-7206

IONTech Journal applies a full open access policy. All articles are freely available to read, download, distribute, and cite without any charges. No Article Processing Charge (APC) is required from authors or readers.

IONTech Journal is committed to advancing knowledge in Engineering and Pharmacy by publishing original research, literature reviews, and case reports, particularly in areas integrating technology, digital transformation, and applied scientific development.

The copyright of each article belongs to the authors and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) . Usage, distribution, and adaptation are permitted with proper attribution.

This journal is fully funded and published by LPPM Institut Sains dan Teknologi Al-Kamal (ISTA). No external sponsors or advertisements are involved; editorial decisions remain independent.

IONTech was first published in Volume 1, Issue 1 (August 2020) as an initiative of LPPM ISTA to enhance national research dissemination in Engineering and pharmacy. The journal has been continuously published twice a year — in February and August.

Names, email addresses, and other personal data entered in the OJS website will be used exclusively for journal management and scientific communication purposes, and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party without the consent of the data owners.

To ensure long-term digital preservation, IONTECH participates in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program and other archiving initiatives such as CLOCKSS and PKP PLN, if available. Each issue is stored in a distributed archive network to guarantee accessibility even if the main site is down.
