Inventory management at CV. Dwiasta Konstruksi is still performed manually using Microsoft Excel, potentially resulting in disorganized records, delays in reordering, and stock shortages. This study aimed to develop a web-based inventory information system by implementing Reorder Point (ROP) to support inventory monitoring and determine the appropriate time for reordering. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of requirements planning, system design, and implementation. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL and included features for item data management, incoming and outgoing transactions, inventory reports, ROP calculation, and stock notifications. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing, while user evaluation was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The system successfully implemented inventory management functions and applied ROP as the basis for providing notifications when stock reaches the reorder point. Black Box Testing showed that all tested functions operated according to the specified requirements. Evaluation by 14 users resulted in a mean score of 4.75, categorized as very good, with a feasibility percentage of 94.93%. The developed system can support inventory recording, monitoring, and more systematic determination of reordering time.
